About Us

Mr. Mahendra Kakule is a Civil Engineer and holds Masters Degree in Real Estate Valuation. He has more than two decades experience in the field of valuation. He has carried out numerous valuations of immovable assets across the entire spectrum ranging from secured lending, tax purposes, investment analysis, litigation support, viability studies, and under accounting standards. He is a renowned valuer and very well known amongst the Valuer fraternity in India. He is the winner of silver medal, gold medal and excellence award by Institution of Valuers (India). He has been appointed as a commissioner by many Courts in the State of Goa and is also a well-known arbitrator. Mr. Mahendra is a Registered Valuer of immovable assets under Wealth Tax Act 1957 and Companies Act 2013. He also served as the Managing partner of M/s Caculo Construction Co. (civil contractors) from 1987-95 & Proprietor of M/s Caculo Construction Co. from 1995 -2002.


Mr. Vibhav Caculo is a Civil Engineer and holds Masters Degree in Real Estate Valuation, is also a partner at Caculo & Associates LLP. Caculo & Associates LLP has been involved in carrying out Valuation assignments in the states of Goa, Maharashtra & Karnataka. We are on the panel of many nationalised, private sector banks & co-operative banks. Vibhav Caculo has also completed courses on Valuation conducted by the prestigeous "Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors". He is also a Registered Valuer under Companies Act, 2013 Reg no. IBBI/RV/08/2019/10951 and a member of CVSRTA RVO.

Mahendra Kakule Regulary conducts workshops across major cities of India under the banner "Knowledge Series". In 2019, six such workshops were conducted, more than 350 Valuers availed benifits of the workshop series. Workshops were held in Goa, Indore, Hubli, Hyderbad, Delhi, and Coimbatore. Webinars are also conducted on a regular basis.
